Why am I getting this error message when I try to import static imagery into my .dgndb?

ConceptStation pulls data from multiple sources, so you may need to check with IT if traffic to the server is blocked. Click here to view an article with a list of sites that ConceptStation uses to import data.

If nothing is blocked and you are still getting this message, then you may be trying to pull static imagery in a location that no longer provides it for free. A lot of static imagery is now a costed option (even in areas where it used to be free). We recommend using Bing maps.
