Organization has to have a subscription to gain access to Subscription Analytics.
Users with at least one of the following roles are able to access the Subscription Analytics:
- Admin
- Co-Admin
- CONNECT Services Admin
- Custom Enterprise Role with the "Admin Access to Entitlement Analytics" permission.
1. Go to https://connect.bentley.com and Sign In.
2. Click on your company name at the top to access the Subscription Services Portal.
3. In the Resources section click the tile that reads Subscription Analytics
4.Subscription Analytics will open on a landing page with tiles of the available reports
5. To learn more about each report, click the help icon in the upper right corner to open a wiki describing the report in more detail.
