What is the purpose of this article
Some users may not know who their account administrator is. The account administrator is responsible for assigning roles and granting permissions to each user. You may not be able to proceed, or you may not have access to something you need, without the account administrator’s permission:
The quickest way to identify your Account Administrator is to sign in to IMS and view your profile details.
- Sign in to ims.bentley.com.
- Scroll down to the Account Administrators section.
- Review the list of Account Administrators associated with your account.
Alternatively, you can use the Bentley Administration Portal by following the steps below.

Log in to Bentley Admin Portal

Select your name or email address in the bottom-left corner.

Select ‘View profile’.

Look for the ‘Account administrators’ section to view the list of administrators.
IMPORTANT: If no administrator details are displayed, this means you are not linked to any account. Please contact the User Management support team by telephone.-
