How do I use a tabular arrangement to center align a fraction on two lines of legend in a sign within OpenRoads SignCAD?

Answer:

1) Pick the Arrange tool and left click on the workspace to bring up the Tabular Arrangement dialog box.  Pick Type: Column and press OK.

2) Create both lines of legend and drag them individually into the column. Right click on one of the lines of legend and pick Object Align>Left.

3) Pick the Arrange tool and left click on the workspace to bring up the Tabular Arrangement dialog box.  Pick Type: Tabular with 2 columns and 1 row.

4) Drag the column with both lines of text into the left column of the tabular arrangement.

5) Drag the fraction into the right column of the tabular arrangement.

6) Drag the tabular arrangement into the panel and adjust object spacing as needed.
