Problem

The following message appears when the CONNECTION Client is started:

Issue with usage reporting detected. Please run the Health Check tool or click here to learn more

Solution

Use the following steps:

  1. Open CONNECTION Client.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Select Health Check from the drop-down menu in the upper right.

  4. Click the Health Check button in the lower left.
  5. Search the Windows Start menu for Bentley Licensing Tool.
  6. Select Refresh Policy from the Tools menu.

  7. Attempt to reproduce the problem.
