Entitlement Country

A user's entitlements are determined by their Organizational affiliation and country. When a user profile is created, users are assigned two types of Country

A user's profile country is selected at the time of registration. Their entitlement country is automatically assigned based on the rules defined in the Entitlement Country section of Entitlement Management by an Administrator or Co-Administrator. The entitlement country is only set according to these rules at the time the IMS user registers. If settings are changed on this page, existing users' entitlement country will not be changed.

NOTE
This is not applicable for nonSELECT accounts

  3. If a new IMS user registers whose profile country is not one of the countries with entitlements and is not explicitly named in the Exceptions list, her entitlement country will be set to the chosen Default Entitlement Country\Region
