Problem:

When launching OpenRoads Designer from ProjectWise, a command (DOS) window displays an "MDL loader: Could not load application mcm.ma" error, along with many "XCommand" "XCommandManager" errors.

Solution:

This message indicates a problem with the OpenRoads and ProjectWise integration.  Users have been able to resolve this error by uninstalling/reinstalling ProjectWise Explorer.  This seems to repair the integration problem between the two products.
