Problem:

Dimension text displays very small and unreadable when imported or pasted into OpenRoads Designer or MicroStation using the SignCAD to DGN application.

Solution:

This is a known defect with the SignCAD 2023 SignCAD To DGN that was addressed in the SignCAD 2025 release which is available from Bentley's software downloads. 1) Install OpenRoads SignCAD 2025 from Bentley's Software Downloads. 

2) Load the SignCAD To DGN to import/paste signs into OpenRoads Designer, MicroStation or another OpenX product. See OpenRoads | OpenSite - How to Load the OpenRoads SignCAD to DGN Application - Communities.
