Problem:

Dimension text displays very small and unreadable when imported or pasted into OpenRoads Designer or MicroStation using the SignCAD to DGN application.

Solution:

The older SignCAD MDL used font resource files (RSC) for the Highway fonts. The SignCAD To DGN application uses the Highway TrueType fonts (TTF).

Remove the OpenRoads SignCAD.cfg, which loads the .rsc files (SignCAD.rsc and SignCAD_Plus.rsc) and old SignCAD MDL, from the OpenRoads Designer and/or MicroStation config\appl folders and restart the program. Use the SignCAD to DGN Import SignCAD File or Paste SignCAD File options found in the OpenRoads SignCAD workflow>SignCAD tab and the dimensions will come in correctly.
