Question:

ProjectWise integration is installed but when launch OpenRoads Designer, it didn't prompt out to login to ProjectWise.

Answer:

Please verify, if you have unchecked iDesktop Integration while installing ProjectWise.

To enable iDesktop Integration, please use the following workflow:

1.Go to Control Panel > Program and Features and select ProjectWise Explorer

2. Right click on ProjectWise Explorer and select Change from the context menu.

3. Expand ProjectWise Explorer and Tools and then check iDesktop Integration

4. Then click Modify to apply the changes made

Note: This change will be applicable to all applications that use ProjectWise Integration on the machine.
