Problem:

When launching OpenRoads Designer, the following error appears even though all licenses are present and activated in the License Management Tool.

"Unable to aquire a license for <-Bentley_OpenRoadsDesigner->. Please ensure you have a valid license available and try again."

Solution:

A policy reset is needed. The 'Reset Policy' tool in included in the Bentley License Tool released with CONNECTION Client v11.00.03.xxx and newer.

Open up the Bentley License Tool and go to the "Tools" pulldown and choose "ResetPolicy".
