Problem:

This article is about all kinds of issues that arise when working with the AutoTURN third-party application in OpenRoads Designer.
Examples of issues::

1. ORD crashing
2. Software shutdown / hang
3. Issue with  locating the AutoTURN toolbar or ribbon
4. Slow performance of the software

Solution:

All issues that arise when working with the AutoTURN third-party application should be directed to AutoTURN technical support. We do not support third- party applications and without AutoTURN installed we are not able to help.
