Question:

My Drawing Model is not referencing into the Sheet Model correctly. It is not centering within the Sheet. I already checked the dgnlib and the Named Boundary identifier and reference box align. What is wrong?

Answer:

It's likely the Working Units of the dgnlib that contains the Sheet Seed and the dgn do not align. Go within the dgnlib and the dgn. Compare File > Settings > File > Design File Settings > Working Units to see if they match. They must match; otherwise, you will notice the Drawing reference will not place correctly in the sheet model.
