Problem:

How do I store a Curve with Degree of Curvature (DOC) instead of Radius

Solution:

When prompted for the radius, type the degree of curve as following:

d 4.5125 (in decimal degrees)

or

d 4^30'45" (in dms)

These will resolve to a radius of 1269.713.  Also, the manipulators for the radius will show the DOC entered:
