Horizontal Geometry: Import Geometry Dialogue is blank

Question:

When I use the Import Geometry tool and select a file to import

the dialogue box is blank 

It should look like this.

How to resolve?

Answer:

Below are a few things we would normally check for in support. 

  1. Ensure that you're importing a supported file format
  3. Ensure that the file resides in a directory that you have read/write access to.
  4. Ensure that the file is NOT read only.
