Question: What are the programs, folders that needs to be white-listed in the antivirus program to resolve the splash screen error.
Answer : Add the following files/folders to the exclusions list of your antivirus program to resolve the splash screen issue while launching OpenRoads, OpenRail or OpenSite Designer.
If you are using multiple versions of OpenRoads/OpenRail/OpenSite Designer, Kindly update the following folders paths accordingly and add those in the exclusion list.

Please make sure that the connection client & Bentley License Tool is also whitelisted.
Also, Please whitelist the *.Bentley.com domain as well. So that the connection client has a access to the required websites.
