Question:
I have updated OpenRoads Designer from the Connection Client and now when I double click to launch the program, I see the splash screen for a quick moment and it immediately goes away. How do I fix this?
Answer:
This has been reported with users who have the security virus scanner Sophos, Sentinel, SentinelOne, or Cylance. To resolve this issue, you will need to whitelist the Bentley folders so that the OpenRoadsDesigner.exe is not blocked. The list of folder locations are mentioned in the following wiki article.
