Problem:

If the Text Favorite contains a combination of MicroStation text and Field Text and the Text Style used for the Text Favorites has Background turned ON, you will see the label with a split line in between the text as shown below.

Solution:

To resolve it you need to turn off the Visible Edge in the active Display Style.
