Problem

The Drainage and Utilities properties are not showing details when clicking on any structures, pipes, or drainage basins.

Solution

The reason might be corrupted dgn file. 

To solve this follow the steps below 

Step 1: Open the DGN, then do a Save-as new file.

Step 2: In the new DGN use Drainage and Utilities > Tools > Synchronize Drawing, answering Yes to the prompts.

Step 3: After that, you can select a pipe or conduit and you should be able to see its properties.

This solution can also be accepted if any manipulators are also missing.

Note: Make sure to use the appropriate workspace/set that was used to create the drainage - otherwise the nodes will look like they've disappeared.
