This video demonstrates how to delete the user preferences and temporary preferences for OpenRoads Designer CONNECT Edition.

Also, since there is a change in the Schema of OpenRoads Designer 2023 the folder needs to be deleted for User Prefs and temp Folders are shown in the below images.
