FOR EXISTING NOTEVAULT USERS

We are excited to announce that our new SYNCHRO mobile apps are live. The NoteVault Notes and Crew apps will remain active for the time being.

To start using the new apps, please follow the steps below.

For mobile app users:

1. In your current NoteVault Notes! app, ensure all of your notes for all of your projects have been uploaded. If you do not know how click here for instructions.

2. Once you have confirmed the above, uninstall the NoteVault Notes! app.

3. Visit your phone's App Store (Apple) or Play Store (Android) and search for SYNCHRO Notes and/or Crew. The new app will have a new logo and icon which looks like this:

4. Log in using your primary email in the username field, and the password that you used to sign in to the NoteVault Notes! app.

5. You will see the following screens as shown below. Tap Allow or Accept after logging in, to grant permission to your device to use our new login process.

6. When you first sign-in you may be prompted to enter a one-time passcode. If you see this prompt, you will receive an email containing the passcode.

7. If your phone is set to automatically update your installed apps, you will not need to do anything with the Crew app. If you do not have this feature enabled, you will need to update the Crew app manually.

Once you're logged in, you can use the apps in the same way you are used to.

For the NoteVault portal (nvp.notevault.com) :

1. Log into https://nvp.notevault.com/. You will automatically be prompted with the new Bentley sign-in page.

2. Sign-in using your primary email in the username field, and the password that you use to sign into the NoteVault portal.

3. If you are prompted with a request for approval, click on Allow or Accept to grant permission to your device to use our new login process. Once you are authenticated, you will be taken to your new SYNCHRO DailyLog Newsfeed, formerly NoteVault Newsfeed.
