Add Signature to Daily Reports

Signatures

By default, signatures do not display on automatic reports. This is by design so that assumptions of which signature to include on the reports are not made.

The one exception to this is for users that have partial access to a project, where users with this access level will receive their individual automatic reports with their signature included. Anyone else that receives a copy of this report (for example a project admin or a report recipient) will receive the full report without the signature.

Printed or “On-Demand” reports have the signature of the person generating the report. For example, if a Project Administrator needs to generate a report other than the automatic report, this person’s signature will appear on the report regardless of who contributed content to the report. If the person generating or printing the report has not uploaded a signature, no signature will display on this report.

Where Your Signature Will Appear

Your signature will appear on the bottom of daily reports that you generate on-demand within the project. You can generate on-demand reports by clicking on "PRINT REPORT" within a project.

Adding a signature is an excellent feature SYNCHRO Daily Log offers to make the daily report more official and personalized.

Users with "Partial Access" on projects will have their signature displayed automatically. All other users will see their signature on reports generated "On-Demand".
