You can invite your subcontractors to contribute documentation to your Daily Reports. Contributors will only be able to see their own Notes, and no one else's notes (including their own team). If the subcontractor would like to see their team members' Notes, then they will have a paid subscription.

Only project administrators have access  to invite contributors to a report.

1. Log in to the SYNCHRO Daily Log web portal

2. Locate the desired project by clicking on the project selector drop-down menu at the top of the page

3. .Click on ‘PROJECT USERS’ on the vertical toolbar towards the right of the page.

4. Click on ‘Invite Contributors’.

5. Type the email address of the contributor in the text box and click ‘Invite’.
