When this occurs, it is likely you have a "stuck" note. This means that your Note has not been sent to the SYNCHRO Daily Log web portal. This can occur when there is low connectivity on your smartphone.
To ensure the notes are uploaded,
Log out
Log in again
Navigate to the project you were most recently adding notes to.
Go to the top right of the app and click on the icon. It will take you to the 'Upload Status' page.
If there are any red or yellow dots on this screen, please log a support ticket so we can assist in making sure your notes get uploaded into SYNCHRO Daily Log web portal.
