Getting Started with the Home Page

Upon selecting a project from the project page, the SYNCHRO Field home page springs to life, offering a centralized hub for your project activities. Let's uncover the essential elements and functionalities it holds.

Top Bar Overview

At the top bar of the home page, you'll find a pivotal option: the pathway back to the SYNCHRO Field Project Page. This grants you instant access to a comprehensive view of all your projects, facilitating seamless navigation. Additionally, if you've made offline modifications, like creating new forms or updating resource statuses, a noticeable red Synchronize Icon awaits you in the top right corner. Upon reconnecting online, selecting this icon unveils a list of unsynchronized items. 

You have the flexibility to sync these items individually or opt for the convenient "Sync all" option, strategically positioned in the top right corner. This synchronization process ensures that your offline changes seamlessly integrate, allowing your project team access to these updates.

Exploring the Project Home Page Elements

Let's take a closer look at the integral components gracing the project home page:

1. Project Name and Location: These identifiers provide instant clarity, highlighting the specific project in focus and its geographical context.
   

2. Weather Information: Auto-populated based on latitude and longitude coordinates from SYNCHRO Control's project setup, the weather details provide real-time insights. Tailor the experience by customizing weather temperature units in the Settings, ensuring it aligns with your preferences.
   

3. My Work Section: A dynamic hub, "My Work" is your gateway to tasks exclusively assigned to you as the logged-in user.

                        

   • Tasks come alive through distinguishable icons, potentially accompanied by due dates, priority levels, or status indicators from relevant forms.
   • The interface cleverly highlights overdue tasks with red text, drawing your immediate attention for necessary action.
   • By selecting a task, you gain direct access to its associated form, enabling seamless review, edits, or additional inputs.
     
     

4. Bottom Bar Navigation: The bottom bar serves as your gateway to various sections within SYNCHRO Field, offering seamless navigation.
   

   

   • Home: Return to the home page.
   • My Work: Gain a consolidated view of your assigned tasks, documents, and other project-related work.
   • Create: Initiate new tasks, forms, or project content effortlessly.
   • Documents: Access all project documents and files in one central location.
   • More: Unlock additional options and settings, including user preferences, access to the model, status updates, and all forms created within the project.
