The Map view is a powerful tool that visually represents geolocated tasks assigned to you, offering a comprehensive overview of task distribution across the plot.

Map Task Icons and Location

Tasks are designated on the map using task-specific icons, precisely indicating the task's location. If multiple tasks are situated closely, a blue dot will appear, indicating the number of tasks clustered there. Zooming in and out can be achieved by pinching two fingers together or spreading them apart on your device screen. As you zoom in, the blue dots will disperse into individual task icons, providing more detail.

Selecting a task icon or blue dot displays a summary of task details, including Task ID, Task Type and Name, Due Date, and Status. Selecting the task again opens the task form, allowing you to review or edit it as needed.

Top Right Tool Bar Options

The top right toolbar offers two key options: Location and Layers.

1. Location Icon: This option displays your precise location on the map, which is useful when you're in the field and need to locate tasks relative to your position.

2. Layers: The Layers feature enhances your viewing experience by toggling various layers on or off.

   • Satellite: Offers an aerial perspective of the map. The toggle slider adjusts transparency for a preferred view.
   • Project Boundary: Displays or hides the predefined project boundary.
   • Plan Set: References spatially located PDF plan set layers on the map. Adjust the transparency for optimal viewing.
   • Forms: Enables or disables form icons for a clearer map view.
   • Weather: Provides access to different weather layers such as Radar, Precipitation, Temperature, and Wind speed. A color legend and timeline control offer weather layer insights, with adjustable time lapse speed using the three-dot icon.
     

Top Toolbar Functions

At the top toolbar, you have the following options:

• Search: Allows you to search for task descriptions.
  
• Sort and Filter: Organizes tasks based on various properties, enhancing task management.
  

The Map view in My Work offers a dynamic way to visualize, manage, and interact with your assigned tasks, promoting efficient navigation and decision-making.
