After careful consideration, Bentley has decided to retire the following products effective September 1, 2025: 

• SYNCHRO Notes 

• SYNCHRO Crew 

• SYNCHRO Daily Log 

Why are we retiring these products? 

While these products have served our users well, retiring them will allow us to focus on enhancing our main SYNCHRO mobile application, SYNCHRO Field. By streamlining our offerings, we can provide you with a more robust and efficient solution. 

What does this mean for you? 

Effective September 1, 2025, access to SYNCHRO Notes, Crew and Daily Log will no longer be available through individual purchases, subscriptions, or the following bundles: 
 

• SYNCHRO 4D Practitioner License/SYNCHRO 4D Virtuoso Subscription 

• SYNCHRO Control Practitioner License/SYNCHRO Control Virtuoso Subscription 

• SYNCHRO Field Practitioner License/SYNCHRO Field Virtuoso Subscription 

• SYNCHRO Web & Mobile Project 

• SYNCHRO Construction Project 

• Enterprise 365 

Your existing data related to these products will remain accessible and exportable until September 1st, 2025.
