Add QR Code to PDF Sheet


The QR code extends the PDF management from being purely a digital solution to include Analog paper-based workflows A QR code can be added to any PDF sheet to identify if it is the current version of the document when scanned. Anyone who scans the QR code can see the results, no license or login required.

  1. Select the required PDF Sheet, then click the Place QR Code option below the sheet information.


  2. Left click on the QR code and drag to the desired location. A magnified thumbnail window to the right will help locate the QR code to the correct location.


  3. Once the QR code is place it cannot be relocated, the Place QR Code option will be greyed out.


    When the QR code is scanned it will identify whether the sheet is the current version or not.
