Publish or Unpublish Sheet


Publish Sheet

  1. Now that the PDF Planset has been downloaded, the sheet information will need to be populated before publishing. Once published the rest of the construction team will be able to view the Planset in the Documents module.


  2. The following is the recommended sheet information before publishing the document. Any field with a Red Asterix is a mandatory field.

Sheet number

Sheet number for the pdf file.

Discipline 

For Example: Piping, Civil, Road etc.

Type

Sheet type such as sheet, plan etc.

Sheet Name

Sheet description follows the pdf file.

Revision and revision date

Revision number and date for a sheet revision.

Revision description 

Description for the revision.

Tags

Short one-to-two-word descriptions providing details about the sheet making it easy to locate related items that have the same tag

Alignment name

Other information useful for searching and alignment.

  1. Once the required fields have been filled out, click the Save and Publish


  2. After publishing, we can see the sheet changes to a green color and now has a published status. It will automatically jump to the next sheet and fill in all information entered on the form that was just published.


  3. Once all the information has been added to the sheets and they have been published. Go to Documents and Plan set to see the published PDF file.

Delete or Unpublish Sheet

  1. To Unpublish a sheet, select the sheet or hold Ctrl and select multiple sheets. Then select the Unpublish Sheet / Selected option below the sheet information.


  2. To Delete a sheet select the sheet or hold Ctrl and select multiple sheets. Select the three dots  , then click the Delete this Sheet / Delete selected sheets option below the sheet information.
