Create PDF Revision


  1. Go to Administrator > PDF Setting. Select if you want the PDF background transparent or not. Then click browse to upload the new revision file. After the pdf extract is finished a new sheet will be added at the bottom.


  2. Click on the new page and zoom to the title block to know the sheet number and other information. Give the correct sheet number and click the Create revision from draft.

  3. Fill in all the required information and click Create revision.


  4. The sheet has moved to defined location and is in draft status, with the previous revision below.


  5. To publish this sheet click Publish sheet.


  6. Check the result in Documents > Plan set This sheet now has revision number 1.

NoteSheet number is unique per Discipline.
