All Sheets allows viewing of the imported sheets by scrolling up and down. We have a few options when looking at the sheets. The sheets can be filtered by clicking All sheets or the drop-down arrow. This will allow us to switch to only viewing Published sheets and or sheets still in the Draft status.
The PDF sheets can be rearranged by left clicking and dragging the PDFs to the desired location.
Sheet selection shows what sheet number is selected and the arrow buttons can be used to jump to the next or previous page. To access a specific sheet number, type the page number, for example type 10 to jump to sheet 10.
There’s a Panel option that has Thumbnail and Outlines.
The panel view can be expanded by clicking and dragging the slider bar.
The image can be magnified by using the zoom bar.
There are icons to show revision history and sheet info.
We can select individual pages or a range of pages to be extracted to a PDF.
The View controls allow the adjustment of the page Transition, Orientation and Layout.
The Zoom drop-down allows Fit to Width and Fit to Page. Predetermined zoom values can be selected, or custom values can be added by clicking on the zoom percentage and typing in a value. Marquee Zoom allows us to click and drag over the area we would like zoomed. Or the plus and minus buttons can be used to zoom in/out. Another way to zoom the document is to use the mouse wheel + CTRL Mouse wheel + SHFT button will span to left and right.
The selection controls can switch between Pan and Select.
When right-clicking the selection control in the viewing window, it will give the option of Pan, highlight, Free hand, and Text.
Markup options gives a list of tools to mark up the PDF sheets.
Markups will display a list of all the markups and who created them on the selected PDF.
When a markup is selected from the list it will draw an arrow to the associated mark up.
Search will examine the PDF for characters entered in the search field.
Menu gives a list of options for customizing and exporting information.
Connected users identifies any user currently working on the selected PDF.
You can switch from the PDF view to the Map view by pressing the icons in the top right of the viewing area. The map view includes the defined project boundary for easy location.
