The configuration file now allows you to implement a Workflow for each Inspection Type by applying an indicator prefix to the Inspection Type value.
The example below is from the updated Sample Data.xlsx file which is provided as a download from the Administration > Inspections configuration page.

Note: The indicators defined below are NOT case sensitive.
- "APPLY-" This indicator will apply the Standard Workflow to the Inspection Type without a current workflow during the import and form creation process. If an existing workflow is associated with the type, it will be overwritten.
If there are multiple forms available for each Inspection Type, such as the ProjectInformation and IST forms shown above, then the indicator only needs to be applied to the first one. The value will be automatically applied to the additional forms of the same Inspection Type.
Note: This same logic works when applying the "KEEP-" indicator as well. - "KEEP-" This indicator keeps the existing workflow/form category currently assigned to the form. If no workflow has been previously assigned then no workflow will be applied. If you are re-importing the configuration file with updates to forms and have existing workflows, it is recommended to keep those workflows. If necessary they can be changed using the Forms Manager after the import process.
Note: If no indicator is defined, the default will be to KEEP the existing workflow (or lack of workflow if non exists).
The Standard Workflow which is applied by default to the Inspection Types is shown in the following dialog which can be displayed from the Administration > Inspections configuration page.

Note: Only assigned users or users with Approve permissions can progress the inspection through the standard workflow.
Once the configuration file has been published and the workflow applied, it can be modified or removed using the Forms Manager.
