Standard Layout is the default layout that automatically arranges the PDF printout based off the order of the Design Form page layout.

Standard Layout Setup

• Layout Dropdown gives the ability to switch between Layout Types.
  
  
  
• Menu turns on and off the thumbnail view when required.
  
  
  
• Page Number identifies the current page being displayed. This also allows users to manually enter the desired page number.
  
  
• Zoom In/Out allows users to adjust the Zoom In or Out using the Plus and Minus or manually enter the required Zoom percentage.
  
  
• Page Fit allows users to switch between Fit to Width to Fit to Page.
  
  
• Rotate Anti-clockwise when selected will rotate the page 90 degrees.
  
  
• Download allows users to download a PDF copy of the form.
• Print will give users the option to print in the desired format.
  
  
• More actions will open a dropdown with option to switch to a Two-page view or view Document Properties.
  
  
  

Export to PDF

When exporting a Standard layout form to PDF users will get the option to include:

• Comments
• Audit Trails
• Images
• Export Attachments
  
  
  

Note: When selecting the Export attachments option, a zipped file will be downloaded to the users Downloads directory. The zipped file will include a PDF copy of the Form and a folder containing all images and attachments.
