Once a Custom form has been created in a project, it can be imported to other projects. First, the project containing the form will need to be made into an available Template.
- Go to the Manage Forms page in the Administration Any form needing to be transferred will need to be in the Published status, and the forms not required are in Draft or Archived Status. Only the Published Forms will be transferred when using the template.

Note: Best practice is to have a template project where all the forms for an organization are creates and can be transferred to projects as needed.
- To create a Project template select Administration > Manage Project Details from the project homepage.

- From the project Information tab click Actions, then Make available as a template. This will add the project to the Project Template list.

- Now go to the project that the required form needs to be transferred to. Select Administration > Manage Project Details from the project homepage.

- Go to the Pick Template tab and select Organization Project template option from the Template list.

- From the Project template list find and select the template containing the required form. Once the desired template is chosen, click Next to go to the Reprovision project tab.

- From the Reprovision project page there are three configuration options: Roles/users, Folders/Files, Forms/Roles. For this example, only the Copy project forms, and Copy form roles are required.
Copy Roles/Users: allows pre-determined Roles and users to be copied over from a templated project to this new project.
Copy Folders/Files from Template: simplifies document management by loading a pre-established folder structure with any required files.
Copy Project Forms: allows certain forms to be copied from a template library to this new project. Note: Only forms that are in the Published status when the Template is created will be copied over to the new project.
- Once all the required template options have been selected click Reprovision. When the project is successfully reprovisioned and all the items from template are copied, click Done.

- The forms will now appear in the Forms Manager and will be accessible for the project team to use in Control.
