Saved Views

The Saved Views tab allows you to easily jump to points of interest in the model. It remembers the camera location and orientation along with the categories and models set to display. You can either use pre-published Desktop views or create your own, which will be displayed as thumbnails sorted alphabetically by group.
Note: Desktop views are autogenerated during the creation of the iModel, and are dependent on the model authoring format and iTwin Connector used. These Views can only be edited within the authoring tool.

Creates a new Saved View by capturing all view settings, like camera position and settings, element visibility, section planes, presentation settings, etc. This is only visible to the creator unless it's Shared.
  Creates a new Group.

 Moves selected Views across Groups.
The following expanded options are available only for Saved View that you have created –

Shared makes the View public and visible to all other users. It's indicated by the  symbol. Shared Views generated by other users will only have the following limited options -
Set as default view marks a selected Shared View to be the default active view upon opening the iModel, for all users. A default view is indicated by   icon.
Only users with a Role having Administer iModel permission can view this option.
Copy link generates a direct URL to the selected View. This is only available for a Shared View.
Delete removes the View from the iModel.
Rename changes the name of the View.
Retake updates the existing View with the current view settings.
Move allows a View to be assigned to a Group.

Saved View groups can now be shared and used to better organize the Saved Views on your project.

All existing and new saved views will appear in the 'Ungrouped' group by default. Groups can be created for personal use or can be shared out with other project participants. You can also Delete Groups and Rename them.  Can also quickly add a new Saved view to a group here also.
Manage tags lets you assign multiple tags to a View. If a tag is not already available, it will give the option to automatically create one as you type it.

After tags have been added, all users can search for saved views by tag within the saved views widget. This allows saved views with similar content to be effectively grouped together for easy discover by all project participants.

Note: Tags created for a Shared View can only be viewed by other users, not edited.
