You can link Reality Data to the project from under Administration > Reality management - 

If you already have access to PW ContextShare, you can Associate an existing Reality Data -


This will make the Reality Data available for all iModels in the project. If the Reality Data has been processed and is web-ready, it will be highlighted as a blue link and upon selection will open the model in the reality data viewer.

To create a new Reality Data, the best practice is to use iTwin Capture Import & Upload tool. This is a free tool that can be downloaded from here -https://softwaredownloads.bentley.com/en/ProductDetails/3115

Additional Options

•  Dissociates selected Reality Data but does not delete it from Reality Data Manager.
•  Permanently deletes selected Reality Data. It will give you a warning before doing so, with a list of all projects that are associated with it.
  
•  Provides directions on uploading a new Reality Data. 
   Provides directions on downloading selected Reality Data.

•  Shows information about the selected Reality Data. Some of the parameters like Name, Owners, Access Control, Acquisition Start/End, and Description can also be edited -
