Creating a CO

  1. Click on Create CO and enter CO details as required (similar process to how PCO was generated).

  2. Select from the list of available PCO to be added to the CO.


 Notes:

  1. Select Create draft CO.

 

Workflows

  1. Once the CO is created, go to the detail page again, where you will have the following new workflow options -



  2. Select External approval.


      

  1. Once the CO has been approved, it will be available in the main Contract details page.

     

Exporting to Excel

  1. You can choose to display additional data within the Contracts, by expanding and checking on Column Manager   icon.

  2. Only the displayed columns will get exported to Excel, which you can do so by clicking on   icon. The Excel output will look as follows -

 

Side Panel Details

On clicking Contract #, a side panel will pop out from the right, that gives an overview of the Contract that the CO is assigned to.
