Creating a CO
- Click on Create CO and enter CO details as required (similar process to how PCO was generated).

- Select from the list of available PCO to be added to the CO.

Notes:
- Unless a PCO is converted to a CO, it will not be available for Payment Applications.
- If a PCO has been used in a CO, it will not be available for other COs.
- You can create a CO without any PCO assigned to it.
- If CO was rejected, the assigned PCOs will become available to COs.
- Select Create draft CO.

Workflows
- Once the CO is created, go to the detail page again, where you will have the following new workflow options -

- Select External approval.

- Once the CO has been approved, it will be available in the main Contract details page.

Exporting to Excel
- You can choose to display additional data within the Contracts, by expanding and checking on Column Manager
icon.

- Only the displayed columns will get exported to Excel, which you can do so by clicking on
icon. The Excel output will look as follows -

Side Panel Details
On clicking Contract #, a side panel will pop out from the right, that gives an overview of the Contract that the CO is assigned to.
