Schedule Module

Schedule Plan view

This Schedule Plan view grants you access to the schedule provided your iModel is set up for the Scheduling service. The schedule originates from SYNCHRO 4D Pro, and the same schedule which was imported or created in SYNCHRO 4D Pro can be viewed in the Schedule Plan view in SYNCHRO Control.

Here are some of the options in the schedule module to help navigate through the schedule.

  1. Date Range: Utilize the Date Range option as a versatile Lookahead tool. It allows you to focus on specific date ranges or highlight critical timeframes.
  2. Play:Triggers the 4D Animation to initiate playback of the schedule.

  3. Go to Focus time: The Focus Time initially resides at the Gantt chart's end. Click anywhere on the timeline header to relocate the Focus Time. Alternatively, use the "Go to Focus Timeline" button to center the Focus Time within the Gantt Chart.

  4. Search: Easily conduct a comprehensive search across task fields and implement task filters.

  5. Timescale: Adjust the date scale for a precise view. Choose between Day, Week, or Month options at the screen's top right. Alternatively, hold the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel for finer adjustments.

  6. Gantt Setting: Access frequently used settings such as Playback Repeat, Playback Speed, Font Size, and Filter Columns.

  7. Task Properties: This section becomes visible upon task selection. It displays essential information about the task, including Name, Status, % Completion, Constraints, Physical Quantity, and more.

Schedule Status view: Easily switch between the Schedule Plan and Schedule Status views.

To reset the Date Range filter, use the Clear button inside the Date Range filter.

Task Columns can be resized by simply hovering the mouse between columns and dragging to the desired size.

To center the Gantt chart on a specific task, click once on the task, which will highlight and center the selected task.

The date scale can be adjusted by using the Day, Week, or Year options on the top right of the screen, or holding the CTRL key and scrolling the wheel on your mouse back and forth to zoom in or out.

Schedule Status view

Status View allows you to choose a task and observe any assigned resource statuses for that task. This provides a visually appealing way to use color coding for tracking progress or any other status you wish to monitor on the model.

To switch to the Schedule Status view, use the Frontstage button and choose Schedule Status. You will now view the model in Status colors and playback with Status dates (and time).

Create/Edit Forms in Schedule view

The Main View displays the Forms grid allowing you to create, edit and view forms associated with the Model.
