In Synchro playback and in exported animation, it is possible to have 

a. multiple views where one is animated and the others are still, or

b. multiple views where the camera is linked for 2 or more windows so the animation/camera movement is the same in all linked windows (Right click in a 3D window and choose Camera>Link with> or Link All, or use the 3D View Properties>Camera tab to choose which views to Link with)

It is not, however, possible to have different camera movements in multiple views.

If you need to have different camera movements in multiple views, you should export each view as a separate AVI and then combine them in a video editing software (e.g. Camtasia)
