This happens when the original model in C3D is either geolocated and is far from the project coordinate (0,0,0). Current version of SYNCHRO Pro does not support geolocated models.

The current workaround is to move the models within Navisworks before exporting to SYNCHRO Pro. This can be done by selecting all your models > right-click > Units and Transform.
