OpenFlows SELECT Entitlements are specific features within a product that are only available to users with a current (active) subscription to OpenFlows products. There is no additional charge for SELECT Entitlements. To confirm you have access to OpenFlows SELECT Entitlements, you can open the Bentley Licensing Tool, and you should see "OpenFlows SELECT Entitlements" on the Entitlements tab.

As of the end of 2022, the only OpenFlows product functionality that requires OpenFlows SELECT Entitlements is the 2D modeling capability in SewerGEMS and CivilStorm.
