Overview
To help setting up the Digital Twin the user can import an XLSX file or CSV file. Two files are needed:
- Configuration Template - to fill with information about the sensors, hydraulic structures (pumps and tanks), zones and customers
- Monthly Billing Template - to fill with monthly billing volumes for each customer
Both templates can be downloaded from the Digital Twin setup page, under the Download button.
