Can WaterGEMS, WaterCAD or HAMMER display elements in 3D?
Typically a water model network is not suitable for 3D viewing as the 3D view would appear quite flat.
If you have a need to provide 3D information about a water network to a contractor for earthworks for example, you may be able to export the model elements to ShapeFiles and utilize them in an external application.
As of January, 2025 the possibility of including water networks in a future version of OpenRoads Designer (for 3D BIM) is under discussion. Vote for the idea and provide feedback here: https://openroads.ideas.aha.io/ideas/BCI-I-849
