Problem

The labels of my elements (as seen in the Properties, Flextables, etc) show an ID number in front of them. This includes other fields like the start/stop node label field.

     

Solution

This element ID (unique to the element, while the label may not be) will be shown if your Element Identifier Format setting is set to "ID: Label". TO change this so that you only see the element label, this can be changed to "Label Only", under File > Options > Hydraulic Model > Element Labeling Options (see below).
