WaterSight supports ArcGIS map service connection, including connection to ArcGIS online and ArcGIS Enterprise (on premise). If there is a need for you to connect with a Esri Feature Service, please reach to your Bentley point of contact for more information.
While the ArcGIS online connection works "out of the box", no configuration is required from the client, the ArcGIS Enterprise requires few steps for the Map layers widget to communicate with ArcGIS Enterprise. These steps must be done by the ESRI Administrator, from the ArcGIS Enterprise portal.
