Create a New WaterSight Project
The goal of this page is to explain how an organization that is new to the software can create a WaterSight project, and from there start building the Digital Twin.
Steps
- Navigate to https://watersight.bentley.com
- If you need to sign in, please sign in.
- To note that you must have a Bentley account (if you don't have please contact your IT/Software manager or check more detailed information here) and you also need to have a "CONNECT Services Admin" role. If you don't have this role but, you have Admin role, then you can add this role yourself. Please go to https://usermanagement.bentley.com/ and add the CONNECT Services Admin role. Without the right roles, next steps cannot be followed
- Click on Create button

- then define a name for the Digital Twin, select the type and your goals, and then click on the Start button

- Next you are going to be redirected to the Digital Twin Setup page (Administration), from where you can start adding all the configurations and start building your Digital Twin.
- Add the team members to the Digital Twin:
- Before adding, please check and confirm that all the members to be added already have a Bentley account. If not, you should add those to a Bentley account. You can find the instructions here.
- Once confirming all members already have a Bentley Account, please add those members specifically to the digital twin. Go to the Digital Twin Setup page (Administration) >> on Team members click in the (+) button. From the new page that opens, add all the new team members. Instructions here.
- Take a look at the Administrator Guide for all remaining configurations.
