Problem Description
After installing ContextCapture I find that I am unable to run the ContextCapture Master. After attempting to open the CC Master, a task is created in the Window Task Manager but this will close within seconds. The ContextCapture Engine and Acute3D Viewer both run without issue.
Steps to Resolve
This issue is caused when a user is running and older version of the Bentley CONNECTION client.
- Unisnstall the old version of the Bentley CONNECTION Client
- Go the the Bentley website and login to access the software downloads. Locate the Bentley CONNECTION Client (version 10.00.06.34 or later), then download and install it.
