The MicroStation BASIC (interpreted) API is no longer available starting with MicroStation CONNECT.  Users having prior custom MicroStation BASIC macros should contact the original developer and request code be updated in the following manner.

Existing macros should be evaluated based on a feature by feature basis to determine if the latest MicroStation CONNECT (or alternate Bentley product/product line) can effectively replace the functionality.  Doing so can eliminate the need for additional developer time and effort needed to migrate code.

For functionality not available in a CONNECT Edition product and  required consider:

• Developers can Search and Ask programming questions on the available Bentley Programming Forums
• File an product Idea (e.g. MicroStation Idea) requesting functionality needed, or
• Filing a Service Request requesting an Enhancement for functionality needed, or
