Problem

To help with a support solution, you may need to run the Direct X diagnostic tool.

Solution

1. Left click on the Start button in the bottom left of your Windows desktop

2. Type the letters dxdiag to initiate a Cortana search

3. Left click to launch Dxdiag

4. The Direct X diagnostic tool will open

The "Save All Information" option can used to provide Bentley System technical support with information about your computer hardware.
