Problem

The following warning message appears when running a new installation of the software

Hevacomp is installed in three parts. This error occurs if the three part installation is carried out in an incorrect order, or if one of the three is missing. 

Solution

Uninstall all mentions of Hevacomp v26 from your machine, including Service Pack update and Content pack, and install in the exact order specified here.
