Problem

Upon opening a Design Database project the following error is displayed:

Solution

This issue can occur if Hevacomp is prevented in reading/writing to the location where your project file is saved - for example if a server is momentarily offline or there are insufficient Windows permissions.

To resolve this issue the project code must be manually corrected by support, so please contact us via Service Request or Forum post.
